Another "why do the numbers not add up?!" situation. (Nov. 6th, Alberta)

I've hit a brick wall.

Can anybody tell me what the #'s are beside these entries?

It doesn't have a title for these numbers on the Alberta website, and you really can't see them until you export.

What could they be??

It looks to me like it was the case # or test # to ID the person... but hardly any of these numbers match up.

I did a data export on October 26th and the month wasn't finished yet, so I had just put that month aside to work on later and come back to... now that the month is completed I did another data export and the ID numbers aren't the same on both of the exports.

I'm wondering if it could be test #'s and they don't match up because people took multiple tests?

But if so... why are they changing each person's ID # every time they take a new test?!

I have no idea. And they conveniently don't tell us on the website.

Does anybody have a way to confirm this with Alberta Health or Hinshaw?!
